Brilliant service from start to finish. Quote for the job given less than 24 hours after request made. Cost of the removals was very reasonable with no hidden costs. Excellent communication in the lead up to the house move. The team were friendly, well presented, respectful, and worked well together. Care was taken with my property and no damage made to any of my fragile possessions. When there was a late notice delay in moving into my new home, BTS removals was still able to facilitate the move the following day despite already having a busy schedule. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Communication was super speedy and clear the whole way through, and they were really flexible when our completion date shifted (as these things always do!). The packing service was fantastic – they were in, packed everything up quickly and carefully, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was unloaded into the correct room at the new house. We felt totally looked after and in safe hands the entire time.
